ServSafe Food Safety Training
April 22, 2008       8:00am – 5:00pm

Who should attend?  Anyone working in foodservice operations or providing services to foodservice operations should attend.  Certification for all foodservice workers will be required by November 2010.

Location:   Alabama Demo Center (I-65 exit 234); Building 7B General Service Complex; County Road, 87N; Calera, AL 35040       (See directions)


Instructor:  Wanda Griffis, Certified ServSafe Instructor

Agenda: 8:00am – 3:30pm    Classroom review
                3:30pm – 5:00pm    Completion of exam (there will be no time limit on completing   
                                                   Test.)  Once exams are completed, they will be sealed and sent to
                     NRA for grading.

Cost:  $109.00 for the training session.  This includes the training manual, individualized exams, continental breakfast, breaks, and lunch.   (Registration Form)


Registration/Payment Deadline:  April 1, 2008   Training manuals must be ordered and sent directly to students in advance of training.  A review of the training manual material is strongly recommended prior to training date.  Please bring manuals with you to training.
