Each AccuTemp steamer and griddle will ship with a Lifetime Service & Support Guarantee certificate, signed by our Service Manager and me. The certificate is our pledge to provide that World’s Best Service - for the life of your Steam’n’Hold™ connectionless steamer or Accu-Steam™ griddle.
In addition to parts, local service and technical support, our trained executive chef is available to provide recipe and applications support. He can help with cook times, recipe modification, best-practice cleaning and operating procedures. He can help you maximize the return on your investment in AccuTemp equipment. ALL of this support, for the life of the product.
Triple 777 Service Program…
In addition to the Lifetime Service & Support Program, AccuTemp has expanded our technical service coverage to 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 7-days a week. Triple 777 Service means you have access to a trained and experienced service technician on those rare occasions when you have a problem or question about your steamer or griddle.
